Oratova Partner Program Terms

These terms apply when you join the Oratova Partner Program, run by Ten Eleven Twelve LLC. Joining means you accept them.

1. What you earn

You earn 30% of what each customer you refer pays us during their first 12 months. A customer counts as yours when they first reach us through your partner link and sign up within 60 days. Each commission is held for 30 days in case of a refund. A payment refunded before you are paid earns nothing. A payment refunded after you are paid is deducted from your next payout.

2. How you are paid

Payouts are sent by our partner platform, Tolt, by PayPal, Wise, bank transfer or wire, whichever you choose in your partner dashboard. Commissions approved in a month are paid 30 days after that month ends, once you are owed at least $25. Tolt may ask for tax and identity details before paying you. You are responsible for your own taxes.

3. You must disclose

Every time you recommend Oratova, say clearly that you earn a commission. Say it in the post, video or email itself, close to the link, and in plain words such as “I earn a commission if you sign up through my link.” A disclosure only in a profile, a footer or behind a “more” link is not enough. This is the law in the US (FTC Endorsement Guides).

4. Be honest about the product

Describe Oratova only as it actually works. Do not promise results, invent reviews, or speak for us.

5. What you may not do

• Bid on “Oratova” or misspellings of it in search ads.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Use your own link for your own account.
• Use coupon or deal sites unless we agree first.
• Use our logo in ads without our approval.

6. Ending

Either of us may end your membership at any time. Commissions already earned under these terms are paid. Commissions earned in breach of them are not.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will email you before a change takes effect, and continuing in the program afterwards means you accept it.

8. The relationship

You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Ten Eleven Twelve LLC.
