Privacy Policy

Oratova is a product of Ten Eleven Twelve LLC (“Oratova,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Oratova website and application, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By using Oratova you agree to this policy.

Who we are

The data controller is Ten Eleven Twelve LLC, a Texas limited liability company. You can reach us at hello@oratova.ai.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to provide Oratova:

• Account information:your name, email address, and sign-in method (Google or email and password). Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication.
• Brand information you provide:the answers, niche, voice, and other inputs you give us to build your Brand Core, and the documents and content Oratova generates for you.
• Billing information:your subscription tier and status. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; we store only Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
• Support and feedback:messages, bug reports, and enhancement requests you submit, including any screenshot you attach.
• Connected accounts:if you use the publishing features, the access you grant to your own LinkedIn, email, or newsletter accounts (through Pipedream), used only to publish content you have approved.
• Usage and device data:essential cookies that keep you signed in, and, only with your consent, analytics about how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

• To provide the service (our contract with you): creating your account, building your Brand Core, generating content, and publishing on your behalf when you direct us to.
• To take payment (our contract with you): managing your subscription and trial through Stripe.
• To support and improve Oratova (our legitimate interests): responding to your messages and keeping the product secure and reliable.
• Analytics and marketing email (your consent): only when you have agreed.

How we use AI, and your content

Oratova uses Anthropic’s Claude to generate your Brand Core and content. We do not use your content to train AI models. Your inputs are sent to Anthropic only to generate your results and are not used by Anthropic to train its models. You own the outputs Oratova creates for you; see our Terms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are used under California law). We share it only with the service providers (sub-processors) that help us run Oratova, each bound to process it on our behalf:

• Google (Firebase / Cloud):authentication, database (Firestore), and hosting.
• Anthropic:AI generation (Claude). Does not train on your content.
• Stripe:subscription billing and payments.
• Resend:transactional email (account and billing notices).
• Pipedream:the connections to your own accounts for the publishing features.

When you use the publishing features, we send content you have approved to the third-party platforms you have connected (for example LinkedIn or your newsletter provider), at your direction.

Where your data is held, and international transfers

Oratova is operated from the United States, and our providers are primarily based in the United States. Where information is transferred from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide Oratova. When you delete your account we delete your account data, including your Brand Core, generated documents, and related records, and we remove your connected accounts and unsubscribe you from our newsletter. We may retain limited records where required for legal or accounting obligations, and limited internal operational or support records (for example, a bug or feedback report you submitted, and our email provider’s transactional logs), which are access-restricted and used only to operate and secure the service.

How we protect it

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted on a least-privilege basis, and administrative access is logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using accepted industry practices.

Your rights and choices

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have these rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws. To exercise them, email hello@oratova.ai and we will respond within the time the law allows. You can also unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in those emails. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to request access to and a copy of it; to correct or delete it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@oratova.ai.

Automated decisions

Oratova uses AI to generate content for you, but we do not make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. You always review and approve what Oratova produces before it is used.

Children

Oratova is a business product and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as Oratova evolves and will change the date above when we do. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email.
